About Me

My Philosophy

I believe content is effective when it’s intentional, and that only happens when it’s born from curiosity.

Meaningful content is grounded in research, not assumptions. It’s rooted in a desire to learn. It puts people first and uses accessible language. It draws on data and emerging insights, so it’s more likely to cut through today’s digital clutter.

I know how to meet content needs, whether that means shifting between brand lenses, tailoring audience-centric copy for testing, or pitching new ideas. When I write, I balance empathy with reason. When I edit, I refine until every sentence earns its place.

I’ve been honored to receive several recognitions, including a feature in Influential Women, where I explored themes in a Q&A interview and blog article about my journey as a marketer and communications strategist.

Outside of Work

In my spare time, you’ll find me with my family. I’m married and co-parent one good human, along with our standard poodle, who thinks he’s a lap dog.

I also enjoy practicing mindfulness through tai chi and yoga, getting lost in a book, unplugging with a hike, and teaching myself something new.

One of my favorite pastimes is conversation over coffee. Share what’s on your mind—your worries, your radical idea, your latest Netflix binge, how your pets are doing—I’m here for all of it.
